• Using our main menu, or search, you will find products that meet your needs.
• From the product page, select add to cart and proceed to view the basket, or navigate directly to the shopping cart.
• After you select shipment method and payment method you proceed to the secure environment of the Paypal standard or Alpha Bank, if they have been selected and you complete your order on their websites.
• Otherwise, if you choose Paypal express, you navigated to the secure environment of Paypal and you continue completing your purchase on our website.
• Finally, if you selected as payment method Cash on Delivery, Bank Deposit or Pickup from Store, all of your checkout process is carried out on our website.
• After the completion of your payment you will receive an email with your order details. Thats it... In few days you will get your products to your door.

   For large orders we can use the shipping company which the customer wishes, after a consultation.
   Shipments via courier companies all over Greece (delivery 1-5 business days) and Worldwide (delivery 5-20 business days).

   Your order remains in the store (Karaiskaki 16-18, Athens) and available for pick up to 5 working days.

That depend on the products shipped. For EU addresses there are not any custom charges.

• Οι παραγγελίες εσωτερικού (σε όλη την Ελλάδα) κάτω των 3 κιλών επιβαρύνονται με 3,50€ και για τις δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές, 6,50€ κάτω των 2 κιλών. Οι παραγγελίες διεξάγονται πάντα με courier της Γενικής Ταχυδρομικής ή των ΕΛΤΑ και της UPS για το εξωτερικό. Για μεγάλες παραγγελίες μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την μεταφορική εταιρία που επιθυμεί ο πελάτης έπειτα από συνεννόηση.. Για περιοχές οι οποίες δεν καλύπτονται από τις παραπάνω εταιρίες και κρίνονται δυσπρόσιτες, το κόστος θα διαφοροποιείται, θα υπάρχει επιπλέον επιβάρυνση και η παράδοση θα γίνεται κατόπιν συνεννοήσεως με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. (Οι περιοχές εκτός των ορίων των κύριων πόλεων του δικτύου Γενικής Ταχυδρομικής, χαρακτηρίζονται δυσπρόσιτοι προορισμοί και αναγράφονται στην ιστοσελίδα www.taxydromiki.com).

• Όλες οι παραγγελίες εσωτερικού (σε όλη την Ελλάδα) άνω των 3 κιλών, επιβαρύνονται επιπλέον με 0,60€ ανά 1 κιλό για την Αττική, 0,80€ ανά 1 κιλό για τους χερσαίους προορισμούς, 1,00€ ανά 1 κιλό για τους νησιωτικούς προορισμούς και 1,50€ ανά 1 κιλό για τις δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές.

• The orders from abroad only routed via PayPal, Credit, debit, prepaid cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and with Bank deposit at Alpha Bank and transportation costs depend on the place of dispatch and the weight of the materials.

Invoices for shipments outside Greece, will be issued only after checking the correctness of the details given by the buyer (Business Register Data), by mail.
In any other case, if the necessary communication is not made at: infopelekan.com.gr within 5 business days, orders will be canceled.
Also, payment can only be made by depositing from a company account, or by corporate card, if goods are going to be Picked up from our store.

Paying your purchase with PayPal Express is safe and fast. The procedure is as follows:

• 95% of the products in our shop are available.
• Deliveries are made only on business days. Upon consultation with us, there is a possibility of delivering your order and on Saturday, with an extra charge per order.
• If the item is in stock, will be shipped in 1-5 business days for Greece (The delivery time of the order will not exceed 48 hours if there is no weekend) and 5-20 business days for the Rest of the World. The Pelekan.com.gr reserves the delivery time of goods in cases of force majeure (limited strikes, holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
• If the product is not available you will receive an email or phone call within 2 working days. In this case the time of receipt will be redefined in agreement with the customer.
• Products labeled with Pre-order need 5-20 (Greece) and 20-40 (Worldwide) business days to received.
• Only in special cases where the products have is a lack of our key suppliers or where our products are imported, the delivery time depends on our key supplier. In this case the product is not available, the opportunity to cancel the order, if not convenient for you the delivery time will be informed about the time of delivery and will be given.
• The Pelekan.com.gr bears no guarantee for the availability of products, but guarantees to inform customers about the unavailability within two working days.
